🎨 Inside My Art Project is a London-based Therapeutic Arts organisation offering Art Therapy, creative workshops and mental health support for children, adults and communities.
We provide 1:1 and group Art Therapy sessions—in-person, online and over the phone—plus inclusive art classes, community projects, paint parties and Arts Award qualifications for young people and volunteers.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, SEN, trauma, or just looking for a creative way to reconnect with yourself, our qualified Art Therapists create safe, expressive spaces to heal through art.
We work across schools, NHS referrals, local communities and corporate wellbeing initiatives—making mental health support accessible, creative and fun.

What is Art Therapy
Therapeutic art sessions offer a creative outlet to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences through painting, drawing, sculpture—and even movement, theatre, or dance. Guided by a qualified Art Therapist in a safe, supportive space, these sessions help you express what words can’t, make sense of inner conflicts, and begin to heal from the inside out.
