About Chantell

I’m Chantell, another Director at Wellbeing Tribez. I am a single mother of two children, who changed my life for the better. Becoming a mother when I was 14 set my journey to where I am on a different course, it never stopped me just made me stronger.
I am now a graduate of a 2.1 Degree in Applied Social Studies and Post graduate in Social Work to which I am registered Social worker. Working predominantly in Safeguarding Children services.
My experience stretches between the elderly with dementia, schizophrenia and with young people (16-18 years old) semi-independent housing, CLA, Separated Migrant Children and much more.
E.A.R is my motto - Empowerment, Advocacy and Rehabilitation.
Empower those who do not seem to have a voice or where their voice is not heard. Advocate for those that need someone to stand up and fight in their corner. Rehabilitation for those where life has lead them down different paths, hit hard times and want to improve their lives. Working closely with my sister Cheryl, we will combine our skills, knowledge and experience to help build great communities.

About Cheryl

I am Cheryl, founder & CEO at Wellbeing Tribez A chance decision – some might say fate to go to a careers fair as I entered my final year of Uni, a graduate in Sport Science with Nutrition, turning 30 and questioning absolutely everything – it was a decision which provided me with a life changing experience; I was fortunate to spend 8 months of 2013 in Uganda and Barbados; immersing me into a place where I felt connected, seen, and understood on so many levels.
Fast forward 12 years…Wellbeing Tribez exists because of that life changing experience, it has been a journey to truly understand what community represents – welcoming, engaging, enlightening, kindness, caring, uplifting and compassion at the core.
I have over 10 years’ experience creating and co-ordinating health and wellbeing projects within the community sector across North/North West London. Why now you ask…providing a platform in which a holistic kinaesthetic approach, that will potentially change the landscape based on shared lived experiences, Is something that just feels natural to me.
Ultimately I hope this platform gives you access and opportunities for social mobility - filing a void which amplifies & engages through innovative content, a streamlined directory and other services leading to an environment of generational health and wellness for communities worldwide particularly within Black communities and especially for my daughter Cairo. #findyourtribeandthrive 😀
